Help with lab values

I had a patient the other night with TEF. It was repaired on 1/19 and so I can't understand the reasoning for 3 of her lab results. Her RDW was high, her bands and segs were low. There are no signs of infection. I thought about anemia or some deficiency but my instructor said that is incorrect. Can anyone think of anything else that could make these lab values abnormal? Thanks
