Calcium containing iv fluids and rocephin

I have a question for peds nurses and neonatal nurses..I read recently an article regarding iv solutions containing calcium and subsequent administration of rocephin causing serious problems... precipitates form and can cause kidney and liver problems . but I cant remember where I read this article. does anyone have a valid article regarding this that I could pass on to the peds staff on my unit? thank you in advance for anyone that has info on this.

Here are a couple of references for you...

Even the Veterans' Administration is worried about this one!
