Your thoughts on JCAHO's new labeling

Has anyone found a solution to fullfill JCAHO's "Label all medications, medication containers (e.g. syringes, medicine cups, basins) or other solutions on and off sterile field in preoperative and other procudural settings"?

I ordered the samples from http://orders.xodusmedical.com/?goto=MedLabelsand they seem to be the best route because I can order the labels per case. Plus they have special adhessive labels for the sterile basins that we still use.

Re: Your thoughts on JCAHO's new labeling

We have custom basin sets from DeRoyal. They now contain an assortment of labels for what we use as well as blank labels and a skin scribe to label anything unusual.
