Are these any websites that explain how to circulate specific cases or websites gives information similar to a periop textbook such as

Strictly IMHO - So much about circulating cases is facility- and case-specific, even physician-specific as to what you do, when and how, it'd be hard to make too many generalizations about how it's done and put it on a website - even who does what can vary from place to place. Like if there are two circulators to a room, or two scrub techs, or even an anesthesia tech present to assist Anesthesia with induction and intubation, running for labs, fluids and whatnot....
It might be a good idea to get the P&P Book (Policy and Procedures) if you can and consult that, plus a written copy of the OR RN's job description. That would probably be your best bet as a basic reference, in addition of course to working with someone with experience. Some facilities have this information available on their website in the Employees Only section........Good Luck!

in my orientation we had to read a book by cynthia spry about the OR- circ, scrub, and the basics of both- including instruments and positioning. anyway it was a bit outdated when I used it but there might be an online version or something updated that you could get from a college library. hope that helps.
