Is there less stress in the surgicenters? I was considering applying to one but now am wondering if I can keep up with the pace and if the benefits are comparable to the hospitals. What do you think.

I love the surgery center world. In general the docs are happy because they are more productive, the staff is there to please them, there is no call or weekends.
