New Grad to Perioperative Nursing

New grad and new to perioperative nursing. I work in a surgery center and am amazed at the post op recovery time. I work in the plastic surgery field. Are there any resources that I can look to for guidance? I am looking for industry standards to make sure my facility as well as myself are in check. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Re: New Grad to Perioperative Nursing

HI I am a new grad too. How easy was it to get into surgery centers as a new grad? I would love to that too. How much do you make going this route? Any sign on?
I eventually want to do PACU though.
