Interview Approaching

Hi everyone, I already made a similar post, but I am new to this website and I think I put it in the wrong spot, so I am going to try this again!

I have an interview in about one week for a periop. position. I have been a nurse for a little over a year and have been working on an orthopedic med-surg unit. I will be interviewed by a panel of 5 people. They will choose 5 people out of 18. What will make me stand out from the crowd? I know that they will be asking me questions about conflict resolution, patient education in periop. nursing, etc. Do any of you have any advice for me, what would you want in a new hire OR nurse? I feel that I have a strong personality and that is needed to be a good OR nurse. When do you have the opportunity to teach in the OR? My short term goals would include getting to know the fundamentals of OR nursing, a long term goal would be to become an expert in this field, are these reasonable goals?

Thank you!
