I was hoping someone out there could give me some sound advice about prepping for the CNOR exam. I am scheduled to take the test in Aug.-Sept. there is so much information to absorb.

Re: Cnor

AORN's recommended policies and procedures. If you don't want to buy it, see if your health library can get a copy of the latest edition for you to borrow. Read it through - or at least pick the topics that you need the most help on. That's what helped me the most. My wife would be watching something on the TV, and I'd be reading the RPP book.. I passed on my first try. Also, look on AORN.ORG and CC-INSTITUTE.org and see about signing up for the practice test.

Re: Cnor

See if AORN still has the money-back deal if you do the online course - it works!!
Otherwise, read the Standards, know nerves/pressure points for different positions.
I just passed my CNOR today
