Post orthopedic nursing reference book

Please recommend some Orthopedic Nursing reference boooks that I can review for our ortho unit. Some of the ones that I have reviewed are too simple and are geared more for nursing students. I am Clinical Coordinator of a 35 bed orthopedic unit that includes spine as well as total joint replacement patients. We will be getting more trauma cases in time as well as neurosurgical cases. Reference materials are a major necessity at this point. Thanks.

Check out the National Association of Orthopaedic Nurses site which you can acess right from wwnurse.com I used them to pass the certification in October. They have teaching materials geared to both clinicians and patients. Hope this helps...
