Hi, I work on a step down Cardiothoracic Surgical Unit. We get most of the time non cardiac patients to assist the hospital with the bed situation of taking on other wards patients ie: Orthepedics, Neuroscience etc.

Therefore, I would like some education if I may in regards to how to assess for circulatory obs on patients limbs, and fingers? We get patients with mostly lacerations on their hands or fingers, awaiting surgery and are on the Emergency OT list? Or ORIF's to ankles.
