What's the hardest part of your job?

I just interviewed for a position in an outpatient surgery center. I was wondering what you all think the hardest aspect of your job is. I guess I thought it would be dealing with death after forming a bond with the patient, but the people I interviewed with thought it would be the symptom management - which I think makes sense. What do you think?
Thanks for any replys!
Christine
