Question about mixing chemotherapy

Our unit has started mixing chemo together in the same bag as a financial incentative and I can't find any reasons in the literature why it shouldn't be but I worry about allergic reactions. One off the top of my head that is being mixed together is cisplatin and vp-16. It is compatiable according to Lexi-comp. Can anyone give me research why this should or should not be done? Thanks
