Peds Hem/Onc: UCSF and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital

Hi...
I am currently in my last year of nursing school. After volunteering and completing an externship in Peds Hem/Onc, I hope to pursue a career in this field. I am from NYC and I wish to move to San Francisco after graduation. I have heard many good things about UCSF Children's Hospital and Lucille Packard Children's Hospital. Therefore, I was wondering if anyone would be able to offer any advice or opinions on both hospitals in terms of their peds hem/onc units. I appreciate any help.
