Re: Oncology floor

I am in a situation somewhat similar to yours and looking for answers. I am currently working in dialysis and have been offered a position on an oncology. I hear it is a very, very busy floor. Would appreciate any comments from any of you oncology nurses and whether it is a wise decision to switch from dialysis to oncology.
