Oncology

I am a graduate nurse starting my first job in oncology in January. I would like to know what suggestions you all may have as far as the best sources of further education to prepare myself as much as possible and for continuing education. I have studied what was available in my textbooks and materials recieved while doing my oncology rotation. I know I haven't scratched the surface yet! I guess I would like to know what you would like a new nurse to know when he or she comes on to the floor. Thanks.

Our unit is attached to the bone marrow transplant unit. I will eventually be cross-trained to float there.
