Job shadowing

Are there many oncology job shadowing programs out there? Have any of you done job shadowing? I know oncology is where I want to be as a survivor, but I would also love to shadow to get a better idea of what an oncology nurse does specifically.

at our clinic we occasionally have RN student shadows. Generall they are part of the " out patient" or " long term care" roation.
