I am looking for advice on getting started as an oncology nurse. I have been a RN for
5+ years, mostly on the med/surg floor. It seems that facilities that I have looked at, seem to want someone with exp. Kinda hard to get, if no is willing to train you.
I hope to be moving to florida in the very near future and if there is any Florida oncology nurses that could give me any good advice..much appreciated.
