I work in a small rural hospital in a clinic with two nurses on staff but only one works each day. We have proposed to our hopital that housekeeping should be getting rid of our chemo waste buckets just like the red biohazard buckets. Recently our safety committee said the nurses need to do that. Is anybody in the same situation and how have they handled that?
