Hi,
I have been asked to develop care pathways for the doumentation of care of oncology patients( general medical oncology and chemotherapy)Does anybody have any care pathways/ checklist style documentation that they are willing to share? It is quite labour intensive as I am also working on introducing an end of life care pathway. Any help would be gratefully accepted!
