Return to work from sick.

We are currently reviewing our policy on nursing staff returning to duty following D&V. We favour extending the time of return to work from 24 hours to 48hours from the last occurrence. (food handlers get an extra 24 hours) Does anyone know of similar policies?

We have no policy in homecare....hummm. Something to think about.....
