My family and I are discussing a move to Florida. I am an Occupational Health Nurse with 3 years of full time experience, and sick and tired of SNOW and TAXES.

I would like to hear from any other Canadian Nurses who have made the move to the US. Do you think it was the right move? What did you go through in order to keep practicing in your profession? Would you recommend moving across the border?
