Question? - Vbac??

I have had two c-sections, 1) for preeclampsia/failure to progress and 2) was planned by the doctor and myself, but the baby had her cord around her neck and they may have had to do one anyways, right?
So my question is, would it be possible for me to try a Vbac with my next child, after already having 2 c/s? it would be fullfilling to expeirance a vaginal delivery.
Is it safe? Is it possible? BTW i am not pregnant, but just wondering ahead.
