Ultrasound use by RN's

I posted a similar question in the ED Forum but haven't gotten much help. I picked up using the USG in L&D, but of course, just the basics, ie heart beat, head, extremities and an occasional cervix or pocket of fluid. I want to be more proficient, but I'm not quite ready for a radiology specialty. Any suggestions about weekend contact hours or anything like that? One of our preceptors in the ED also wants to look into RN's using the USG for general anatomy, IV initiation, etc. Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance-ree
