Question Require Information

Please can you help, I am a 3rd year Nursing Student, looking for information on postpartum care and care plan structures for an assisgnment. At present I feel our text books do not offer practical information on the subject, nor do they gives us any idea on how write up or structure care plans for such information. I am hoping that some one can help me with this information, so that I can deliver a realist approch to the subject.

This is probally too late for you but the best places is to look in the Journals - ACNM, Midwifery, BMJ, AWONN, OB/GYN nursing
