question about weight loss/gain during pregnancy

I am a graduate nurse in the field of neuroscience, and LOVE midwives. I plan on having an at home birth with a CNM and am so excited.

I am five months pregnant and the first trimester I gained 15 pounds. Since then I have gained nothing, and in fact, have lost a couple of pounds. My appetite is low

todays intake

breakfast:
one bagel with 16 oz apple juice

lunch:
whole foods bento box (lunch box) of grilled tofu, sesame noodle, and steamed veggies (ate less than half)
one cookie
orangina drink

dinner:
ate most of the left over bento box, (leaving the noodles)
one cookie

with lots of water throughout the day and this is pretty much how I eat these days. I assume this was about 1200 - 1400 kcal.

Is this ok? I am clinically obese currently weighing in at 240 lbs (5'7") and am in good physical shape. Low bp, exercise regularly, work 12 hr shifts, strong like OX, etc. etc. etc. I am thinking that this is ok, because I have so much stored fat tissue, but I certainly don't want to take any risks.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
