Pre-printed forms?

For those of you who still have non-computerized charting, what forms do you use? I know that Briggs makes OB/NY forms, but are there other companies out there that you use? We are working on our charting, and are wonding what options are out there.

Thanks for your replies!!

Re: Pre-printed forms?

We use Hollister. They have a huge selection of pre-printed forms, but I find that they are very redundant. We have tweaked some of their forms to cut down on the quadruple charting, but it is a hard thing to do. Don't know if this helps you out.

I also recommend Hollister. JCAHO likes them, too.

Re: Pre-printed forms?

We have computer charting but some things are still paper. I think many of our forms we have custom printed, but I don't know who does them.
