Mom/Baby Job Interview...

Hi there! I'm a new grad and scored an interview on a mom/baby unit! I'd really love this job.

Does anybody have interview question tips? What should I expect them to ask? Will it be more general type questions (strengths/weaknesses) or more PP specific questions? Examples would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Re: Mom/Baby Job Interview...

I think the best thing you can do in any interview is demonstrate an open and enthusiastic attitude. Your past nursing experience speaks a lot to that. Be prepared to relate what areas you have worked in and the things you were responsible for, think about your previous patient loads and hours you worked. I think anyone can be taught the basics, and if they have a great positive attitude that will do better for them than anything else.
