Hello all,
Im a recent graduate and I have a phone interview (I suppose its for screening purposes) tomorrow for an L&D internship that starts in May. They are having in person interviews next week if I "pass" the phone interview. If anyone could let me know what types of questions I may be asked I would greatly appreciate it!

L&D is my dream job and has been for the past few years, but I couldnt get into that area as an LPN...now that I have my RN it would be a dream come true to get into L&D.
