Hi everyone, I just wanted to let you know that I got a call today about the L/D program for new grads at the local hospital. It will be basically 4 months of class and preceptorship, then about 2 months of of orientation on the floor. I can't wait! Thank you for all of the support and help through the interview process, I couldn't have done it without you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats!!!! We should keep in touch as we both will be starting our careers in this field as new grads.

I'm a little jealous of your orientation time, though. It sounds really thorough and comprehensive. Mine is 3 months.
