Breast tenderness and frequent need to urinate are a couple that come to mind. The nausea/vomiting generally doesn't start right away.

Good luck

Breast fullness and tenderness are often the first signs. That was definitely the case for me. I was about 5 minutes pregnant when they started to hurt! Being tired was 2nd. Nausea come after a few weeks.

Before you panic . . . .

Keep in mind that early signs of pregnancy can also be incicative of PMS before you panic. Are you late? Did you have unprotected sex recently? Unfortunately, as someone already answered in one of your other posts, the odds of a negative result being false are far greater than a false positive. Is there a nearby Crisis Pregnancy Center or Birthright? They usually offer urine tests at no charge. So, if you need multiple ones you may not have to pay for them. Just some food for thought.
