I would like to refer you to a good Obstetric nursing textbook for this information. HELLP is a complicated syndrome and has numerous sequalae that can usually best be explained in most textbooks.

failing this, try the above site. But I do seem to remember my OB textbook covering this really well. Or y ou can try a good medical-surgical nursing text as well....good luck.
