Wink Hello

I am new to this group. I just wanted topop in and say hello. I am a Nursing instructor for our local community college in Southern CA. I was wondering if any of you out there have access to a postpartum and intrapartum assessment form. I am looking to re-do mine for my clinical class and am having a hard time trying to get one that works. Let me know if you know of anyplace I can get one for some ideas on what the rest of you are requiring that your students do. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much
Terrie
