Question? - Does Anyone Have a Good Working Brain?

Good Morning Y'all,
new grad about to come off orientation in hi-risk ante/post partum here. I was hoping I could find a form to use during my long shifts to keep me organized and focused on OB/Gyn care during my shift. The forms the hospital has are too busy and my linear mind goes into ADD overdrive.

If Only I had a brain. LOL. Anyone care to share?

TIA,
Chloe

Re: Does Anyone Have a Good Working Brain?

Tx,
can I do that within a forum? I have been perusing the forums for years and have also rec'd many general/telemetry/onco...etc brains, but hoping for an OB/Gyno/MB/AP/PP stylized form

if you check out the top right of the page you are on, it there are 2 boxes, and then "advanced search" below that, you can be particular.

Re: Does Anyone Have a Good Working Brain?

Hi there!

I have a great "brain" that I made myself and I am a SUPER organized person. If I can figure out how to scan it into the computer I will email it to you! What is your email address?

PM = private message.
Scroll up to the top of the page and click on the 'My Account' once.
You'll see a list of options, one of which is 'compose message'.
Click on that and you should be good to go. The screen you're taken to is quite self-explanatory as it is almost exactly like sending an email in regards to format. Hope this helps.
