Trying to read as much as I can on re-locating to the USA, as I graduate with my BN, officially done school April 17, 2005! I want to specialize in Post-Partum as I LOVE this area, but few jobs in Canada in this particular field. I'm looking to relocate to a state with a top rated hospital that also has a great intern program. Besides having my Bachelor of Nursing, I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Women's Studies, and a university post-degree diploma in Information Technology (which I could have left to go work in the states with under NAFTA, but chose to pursue nursing instead, I'd rather work with people!). Can anyone point me in the right direction as to how to get started with all this, and any pointers or heads up on that I need to watch out for?
CHeers, Thanks
Jo
