Are there any anti-depressants that are considered safe during pregnancy? My daughter's friend is having a real problem with depression and she's 6 mos. pregnant.

I am sorry, but allnurses.com does not allow the exchange of medical advice. Your friend should most definately contact her own health care provider to get the answers she needs. I wish her wellness and improvement of her symptoms.
