hey everyone,

i need some input from my ob-gyn nurses. my wife has been 8 days late with her period and her ept was negative. she tried another ept on day 10 and it was negative. we are hoping and praying that she is pregnant. she will be making an appt. with her doc. this week. what do you think? she urinated 1st thing in the morning on the 2nd test. any info will help...... thanks in advance and happy new year to all of you.

I know this may frustrate you, but, I am going to have to refer you to your health care provider/dr for this problem.

First: I am sorry to say, we are not a medical advice board, and soliciting and/or giving medical advice here is strictly against board Terms of Service.

Second: you may have a problem/situation your dr/midwife needs to be aware of and help you with.

I really do urge you to call up your dr/midwife, seeking medical attention to find out what is going on. Maybe a blood test/hormone panel is indicated, and this is easy enough to get done.
