WI FNP student looking for input

This is only my second class and I was looking for input from experienced FNPs in WI. My question is: APN role in relation to new health care mandates in health care reform. Not sure how to start this and have not really found any artcles about this topic. Any guideance is appreciated. Next is how many CEUs are required? From what I have found it looks like only 8 CEUs in Pharm. per year. Looking forward to some helpful insights.
