What compensation structure should I ask for?

I was approached and am now interested in a position with a retail clinic. I'm pretty new at interviewing and I want to know what to ask for. Any advice on what Rediclinic, TakeCare and The Little Clinic offers? I'm interested to see if they offer sign on bonuses, what the weekend shifts are, if there is additional pay for weekend shifts, if I will have to be on call, if there is additional pay for being oncall, if I should take an hourly or base salary, PTO, benefits, etc
