School Based Nurse Practitioners

Does anyone have any information regarding problems prescribing in the school setting. I thought getting parents to accept prescriptions or referrals might be a problem as well as not telling parents re: STD's treatmetns and birth control. Any info., articles or experiences would be greatly appreciated.
