RN ADN bridge to ARNP?

I am looking for a program to bridge from an Assoicate degree in Nursing to a ARNP tract with using a Bachelor's degree in another field of study to complete the bridge across the BSN. I know this bridge does exist but I don't know where. I am thinking about going back to school but I am in my 50's with 28 years of Nursing experience. I don't want to go to school for years just to retire. Also ? Online ARNP program? Thanks for all your help!!
