Working in Hospital Medicine just means that you specialize in taking care of hospitalized patients-& I won't be working outside of the hospital, like in a clinic or elsewhere. So in other words, I will be managing the medical care of hospitalized adult patients (excluding pregnant women though, since this is a specialty in itself).
