FNP vs ANP/GNP

I am a NC nurse in the Triad area pursuing acceptance to grad school for NP for Fall '07. My background is Adult; therefore, I figured I would choose the Adult/GNP track. After perusing the web, it seems that most of the jobs available are FNP. I know with ANP/GNP, I could go into a specialty practice or hospital environment. With FNP, I could go into about any clinic you name along with everything else. I am torn between Adult/FNP and want to make sure I will have just as many opportunities for work in my area with ANP/GNP as I would with FNP. Any resources/opinions are appreciated.
