Question? - final year NP student

Hi Everyone,

I am in my final year a adult (oncology) NP program. I am most definitely looking for to graduating in May and getting my first NP job. NPs and even a MD or 2 have approached me in my clinical rotations about staying on after I graduate. What is the best way to determine that a facility/position is the right one for you? How do you ascertain what is the appropriate level of autonomy?

I think finding the right position will be a very difficult decision for me to make. Any help or hints will be appreciated.

Thanks!
