Question? - Employee Health Services NPs?

Has anyone (NPs) worked in employee health services at a corporate campus? How is compensation/job satisfaction? Do larger (fortune 500 maybe) companies pay more, or are these facilities owned by their own private companies?

Being that I live in Metro Detroit, there was a time when the Big Three automakers were hiring NP's for their employee health care. One NP from one of my graduate classes (she is an ANP) worked for Ford Motor Co. and was compensated well. Unfortunately, the Detroit automakers aren't doing so well and her job was later cancelled. Don't know much about the occupational health field other than that.
