We have all been there...Trust me..If you use 20% of what you learned in school you will be doing well...You will be surprised just how much you learn on the job, and how much better it will stick with you. I have been an RN for 14 years and call still remember every vivid detail of my very first patient, right down to his name and diagnosis. You will hear a lot of people that need to move on from nursing, but it truly is a great profession with many rewards..You just have to look for them, don't wait for them to find you.
