I am so excited, I am a Dec. grad and I will be starting out in my dream job~~the NICU at our children's hospital!!

The hospital has a great reputation for its new grad orientation. I am nervous about my 1st job so I am praying I get an awesome preceptor~~I was told that preceptors volunteer, are trained and paid to precept. I am telling myself that he or she will be the greatest NICU nurse & teacher ever. Positive thinking/hoping can't hurt!!

Now that I don't have homework I will have time to read all your NICU posts!!!

I am a new grad soon to be in the NICU also, my first day is Monday.
