Question NNP career path

Hello. I am still in school and exploring opportunities within NICU. I am planning to work on my master after 1-2 yrs of experience but not sure what opportunities are available for NNPs. What is their career path like?

I am also thinking lo-o-o-ng time ahead. I will probably have to work long past my 65 (working on my second bachelor right now). Fortunately, nursing is great for it but I am not sure about neonatal field. Well, your senses have to be sharp to work with little ones so I assume they can't find employment past that age. Is it right? Any comments please....and thank you
