Question NICU orientation

How long is a typical orientation in the NICU for a new grad? Thanks.

All of the hospitals here where I am are between 10-12 weeks.

Re: NICU orientation

I had 4 weeks of didactic, 6 weeks of Level II orientation then 12 weeks of Level III orientation. Then I had another 8 weeks of "resource" (Level II and Level III - we have a combined unit) after completing the orientation.
