Newbie with Questions..

Hello Everyone.. My name is Cheryl and I am a new graduate from a BSN program.. I started my new nurse residency in the Newborn critical care center of huge teaching institution today.. Our homework was to think of some goals for different increments througout this upcoming year.. Do you have any suggestions for what goals would be appropriate? Also how long was it before you felt comfortable on your own when first starting? I am extremely excited but extremely nervous at the same time.. Thanks for all your help in advance..
~Cheryl ( I cant wait to hold my first patient )
