I am so glad I happened upon this site! I hope I can get a point in a good direction.
I am attempting to write a policy on ostomy care for our unit, because for some reason we do not have one. And I will also be teaching ostomy care at our credentialing this May. Can anyone help me with some examples on policy's?

Hi I am a student nurse and I am going to clinicals next week. My 1dt day is in the NICU and I am really nervous. Is there a NICU assessment form that anyone has or a peds one that might come in handy? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Alarm Limits for Arterial BP monitoring

Friends,

How do u set limits on your monitor for High and low ,systolic and diastolic measurements for arterial monitoring. Mean BP we set according to gestational age. Do u have specific guidelines or protocols in your unit.
